Box Tops and Labels for Education

Alberta Rider uses the Box Tops program as an amazing fundraiser to help earn extra funds and equipment throughout the year! Collecting or scanning Box Tops is an easy way for parents and community members to support our school.  Each Box Top is worth 10 cents and the money raised comes right back into our school and classrooms!

There are two ways to collect and submit Box Tops. New Box Tops can be scanned through the app, or physical Box Tops can be cut out and brought in to teachers or left in the special Box Tops mail box in the school’s front lobby.

Scanning Box Tops

Eventually, the Box Tops program will become digital-only. Participating brands are starting to change their packaging from a traditional Box Tops clip to the new Box Tops label. Please do not cut and submit the new labels. If you see this label, use the new Box Tops app to scan your receipt.

Box Tops are still worth 10¢ for our school. The app will find participating products purchased at any store and instantly add cash to our school’s earnings online.

The app includes functionality where your student/teacher can receive credit for your scanned receipts. After scanning the receipt, click the Credit (star) button and enter the child’s and teacher’s name. For details, see the instructional flyer on the Box Tops mailbox located at the school’s entrance.

Cutting Out and Submitting Box Tops

Yes, we are still accepting the old labels so keep on clipping! Students can submit Box Tops to their teacher in a baggie with their name and teacher’s name written on it. You can also place physical Box Tops in the Box Tops mailbox at the school’s front lobby.

Please do not submit expired Box Tops. See the expiration date on the Box Tops label.
